When the reports were completed by the current committee members all positions on the Committee were
declared vacant and in the absence of Jim Burke, as Public Officer of the Association, Sam Smith was nominated to
take the chair as Returning Officer for the election of the new Committee for the 2017 – 2018 period. Nanette
Peters minuted the process of the election of the new Committee.
